Add on question

Since we have to sell our current DVC membership, someone suggested buying an add on before we sell. I have a couple of questions.

1. What are the add on points Disney sells (50, 100 ect...)
2. Will they let me keep the add on points after I sell my current contract? Or does that go on the same contract?
3. What is the least amount of points Disney will let you have?
4. Well I haven't thought of 4 yet, but I'm sure I will.

1. 25 points min if paying cash, 50 points min if financing.
2. You can sell the main contract and keep the add on.
