DH and I closed on our resale 2 weeks ago, and have "rented" some of our points to another couple in order to do a 6 night 2-bed stay in September. We are charging them for 62 pts at $11/pt, so $682.
Our dilemna is this... we would really like to rent those points back for a January 2007 stay as we only have 13 pts left for 2007. Should we take the $682 and find a transfer of the 62 pts, or should we take that and use it with our tax refund to add-on a 25 pt contract?
If we do an add-on, where? We were thinking maybe VB or HHI due to price and maybe wanting to stay there someday. HHI is a 4-5 hour drive for us. What are the VB/HHI prices direct through Disney?
Is it better to add-on direct, due to closing costs? Do add-ons come with 2006 and 2007 pts if you do a Sept use year? Because then we would have 50 pts for 2007, which would sweeten the deal...
