I am so sorry to hear that for you ,I just added onto my contracts with an okw 25 pointer. it had 13/14/15 points with it and Disney passed it thru . You just never know when they might take one .

You're right ,you never know.There's been no rhyme or reason to their taking lately.But I do think that it was loaded and Aug had something to do with it.Maybe they had someone on the waitlist for it.
