Add-On Closing

How will I know I closed? I just received my cruise certificate for a recent add-on, so I figured everything must be done.

Generally, they don't actively tell you have closed -- unless you call and ask you will usually just find out when you get in the mail your signed documents including a copy of the filed deed. However, closing is an issue of little importance since you can call now and make a ressie using those points.

One place you can also check if you are buying one of the resorts in Florida is http://or.occompt.com/recorder/web/

Click "I accept" and then search using your name in the grantee section (last name followed by first) If a list comes up showing you with a recently filed deed (which you can then view), you have closed.
