Add-A-Room ?

Anyone on here use an AAR on your TT ? When we had our popup we always used an AAR and loved it. Last fall we moved up to a TT and the other day I got a heck of a deal on a carefree LTD AAR on Ebay. In some ways it looks like the AAR for the trailer will be easier to set up than the one for the popup but we haven't set it up yet because of the weather. Any opinions on an AAR for a TT ? Did I make a mistake or are we going to enjoy this one as much as we did the pop AAR ?

I use my Add A Room all the time with my Pop-Up at the Fort. I seldom see others, Pop-Ups or TT's using them. The bugs are never that bad at the Fort, and apparently folks prefer not to mess with the trouble or expense.

We had AAR for our pop-up and used it at every campsite. Loved it. Our new HTT does not have one but we r looking into purchasing a new one.

We had one for our old TT, but we never used it. It was a pain to put up - I couldn't do it by myself (heck, I could barely lift it - we had a 21' awning) and DH never wanted to take the time to deal with it. I think they're great once they're up, though.

Yea, I think we're going to like it as much as we did with the popup and I really think it is going to be easier to put up. You're right TCD you don't see many being used, when we were at the Fort in 2003 with the popup a couple people stopped at our site in the 1100 loop and ask about it. If anyone is there 6/6 to 6/14 and you see a Passport with an Add-A-Room stop and say HI, maybe I'll be able to find a cold beer or two.
