Activity for 12/10/9 kids?

I've seen recent posts about the Pirate Cruise & the Grand Adventures in Cooking, and most of the discussion seems to be centered around kids that are 6-8. My kids are slightly older than that, and would be uncomfortable if they were the only "big" kids (especially DD12). Is there anything on property, even better if it's not in the parks, that they could do on their own (without us, but can be with other kids...just aimed more at their age group)?

Those activities are only for kids up to 10 years old.

For that age, I'd hand them each a roll of quarters and a map to the resort arcade.
