activites at the spa...

If there are activities listed in the Navigator... for instance there are several offered in the Vista Spa... are these free of charge? I suppose none are spa treatments... just educational???

Yes, they are free, and I know that at least one (the foot massage class) is educational. You do it as a couple, and you get to use those wonderful spa products and take turns massaging each other's feet while they instruct you on the proper techniques. They do a little sales pitch at the end, but not high pressure or anything...they just offer a special on the foot massage products. We really liked that class and would do it again, except that it is usually at the same time on the 3-day as the returning cruisers party.
