Activating Annual Passes - Any Park?

Can AP's be activated at any theme park? We're planning on being at AK our first day and would want to activate them there. Thank you.

Yes, AP/PAP vouchers cn be exchanged at any of the major parks, including the AK.

I have activated at AK, just go to the ticket window.
