ACK! need airflight advice....

My dates are January 29- February 5th.. we are flying out of Buffalo and I looked and looked at SW flights.. from the minute they were out the n/s flights were unavailable for the lower fares... now that they have the $79 deal.. I might book.. but again all the n/s is not available and the deal can not be booked for the 5th..just up to the 2nd of Feb. my question is will they release the hold on the n/s as the date comes closer or should I just bite the bullet and pay more.. I can switch my dates around.. I picked the Saturdays cause DH does not get paid for time off and this way he does not miss an extra days work.. but if it saves more to take it off I will.. there is 6 of us flying and I will not do a one stop with 4 kids the oldest being 8... I really really hope that they will open up the schedule what has been your experience? should I wait or move my dates to get a deal?

I don't fly SW so I can't offer advice on the waiting for the fare to drop, but if the non-stop flights are that important, you may want to just bite the bullet and pay the extra amount. I do know that if the fare drops, SW will give you a credit for the differance, you can use it for a future trip with them. So if you plan on traveling with them again after the WDW trip, it may be worth while.

Thanks for the advice.. that is the thing.. we don't plan on going back to Disney until at least 2007 or later, and we don't go anywhere else that we would fly within the year, so that money would be gone... what to do what to do.... sigh
