Hopefully things will run smoothly and I will have everything put where I want it in the room before we go to bed the first night at Pop Century. I am still a little nervous about staying there, I have read it can be very noisy
.
I have to unpack everything too and put it in it's proper place. I find it less stressful in the morning getting ready if I can easily locate everything. Here's a little tip: I bring little plastic baskets (like from Wal Mart) to hold my make-up, hair products, contact stuff, etc. It helps keep the counter neat & pretty.
I really wouldn't worry about POP being noisy unless you get a bad next door neighbor. We stayed there once (we actually had one of the accessible rooms) and we didn't notice any noise problems. The value and moderate hotels have outside doors so they are thicker and better sealed to keep in the A/C so they tend to block noise well. The food court can be a mad house at meal times but if you go early for breakfast (which you would if you were trying to make rope drop) it's fine. One other note about POP: at the bus stops at the parks the POP line is the farthest from the gate. There is a correlation (sp??) on how much you paid for your room to where your bus stop is. Tell Bill I said to put in it slow gear so you can keep up. No speed demons

If you are a coffee drinker please have a Kona Coffee for me when you go to the Kona Cafe. I had Kona Coffee on our honeymoon in Hawaii every morning we were there and I miss it...soooooo good!
