Probably your best option is to check on your refund via the IRS website. Go to http://www.irs.gov and click on the link in the right hand corner that says "Where's My Refund". It will ask you three questions about your tax return, so you may need to have it handy in order to get the information you want.

I am a tax accountant. The IRS has informed us that returns should be processed within 21 days of January 31st (the first date they began accepting electronic filing). If you have not received your refund yet, do call. However, expect busy lines and being placed on hold for quite some time at this time of year. Sorry for your troubles. On a side note, did you receive and Earned Income Tax Credit? Returns with EIC are more heavily audited and delays can result.
