accomplishment certificates

Does anyine have good designs for accomplishment certificates? My DS is finally tall enough(and brave enough) to ride eveything so I would like to have some ready for the following attractions:

Space Mountain
exhibition everest
Rock n Roller
Tower of Terror
dinosaur
