I need help finding accommodations for February 17-21. We require a fridge, microwave and pool. This will be a non park trip. I'm hoping that you can recommend accommodations you've actually stayed in. I will be staying with three children under the age of 11. Thanks!

Best western premier Saratoga resort villas, 2 and 3 br, 4.5/5 on trip advisor. Stayed there two years ago. Great!

Showing $65 to 85 a night (!) on dates in early 2016, on sites like lmtclub.com ($50 to join but a Google search should turn up a promo code for free membership). That is IMHO an amazing deal if it covers your nights.
otel.com is a free site and has a price almost as good.

I'd highly recommend either a timeshare rental through Skyauction.com or a rental through VRBO.com. For way under $100, you can get a 2-bedroom timeshare unit. For closer to $100, you can get a 2 or 3-bedroom condo, a 3-bedroom townhouse, or probably a 3-bedroom single home with a private pool. The timeshare, condos, and townhomes will have a community pool (some townhomes have a small private splash pool). If you go with Skyauction, do a search for "vacation rental certificates". That's the cheapest way to go by far.

We stayed at Buena Vista Suites for under $100 a night. I don't remember the exact price, but I think it was bout $80 with the discount in the Mousesavers Newsletter. It was a bedroom with a small living room/kitchen. There was a fridge, microwave, and small stove. They also had a free continental breakfast in the morning. It wasn't a gigantic room, but it worked for us, especially for the price and location.

We rent out a condo that is $75 per night at Runaway Beach Club. It can sleep up to four, has a full bedroom and bathroom, living room with pull out couch, dining room, full kitchen and washer/dryer. It's less than a 15 minute drive to the parks and in a gated community. Email me if you want more info/pics at sunshinestayllc@gmail.com

At the top of the page it should say INBOX on the right!! If you don't have any luck I can send you my email address.

We've stayed at the Extended Stay America in Lake Buena Vista several times. Actually, I always book it on Priceline. The listing states that the hotel is a 2 Star with an 8+ out of 10 rating in the Downtown Disney/ Lake Buena Vista area. I checked your dates & it is listed as $56 per night. It states that "Freebies" are parking, wifi, & breakfast. The hotel's pool is heated so it is nice & warm. The breakfast is very simple - yogurt, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, coffee/tea, & juices. All of the units have full kitchens which is very handy. It's a real bargain in Lake Buena Vista!

So you liked it there? I see that they go last minute for $199/week. I'm not much of a fan of no washer/dryer in the units, but for $199 I can deal.

It was good. As resorts go it's a bit bare bones but the units are really nice.

Can I ask where have you seen the $199 price?
