Accommodation near Busch Gardens

Friends of mine are heading to Florida for Christmas and were wanting to spend a few days at Busch Gardens.

Does anyone have any good recommendations of accommodation near there they are looking for a good pool and family accommodation.

we booked a package through the busch gardens site for xmas 2012 and it was surprisingly much less than booking the tickets and hotel separately.

We booked the holiday inn express (right across the road from the park) and it was pretty good and right next to an olive garden and a a red lobster. The package included 3 nights B&B (breakfast was pretty good for a freebie) and 14 day tickets for the park and also 1 day all inclusive dining at the park and the total price for 4 adults was $525 (£323). There were also cheaper packages at different hotels available.
