alright. I've made a lot of accidents. Forgetting to call someone. thats an accident. Forgetting your car keys in your car, thats an accident. Forgetting to buy milk. Thats an accident. Screwing up someones haircut, thats an accident (usually)

FORGETTING YOUR CHILD IN A CAR IS NOT AN ACCIDENT.

Not only does it bother me that they're NOT charging her with anything, but this woman works in a SCHOOL. Its her JOB to work with children, yet she doesn't have the presence of mind to remember her own? And then her incompetence caused the death of her own child.

I agree, charges shouldn't be pressed. I believe the woman should be locked in a hot SUV for a couple days.

well i remember a story about a women who had like 2 (or three?) kids and she NEEDED to work so she could buy them what the need. and she couldnt call a baby sitter in time so she decided to leave her kids in her car with like a juice box and a coloring book WITHOUT the windows down even the slightest and so when she came back out from work her kids heartbeats were very slow and they were unresponsive so she put them in plastic bags and put HER OWN CHILDREN under her kitchen sink.

Now that is what i call "Murder" and "Forgetting" your child is impossible. I mean it is possible to forget that she was in there but ya know she shouldve SEEN that her kid was in the backseat when she got out of the car. I honestly dont know what to say but that is horrible.
PARENTS SHOULD NEVER LEAVE THEIR KIDS IN THE CAR UNLESS THEY ARE OVER THE AGE OF 10 AND THE WINDOWS ARE LEFT OPEN AND ITS ONLY FOR LIKE A COUPLE OF MINUTES

theses stories absolutley disguest me i agree with all of you in one way or another. how could she forget her own child it seems that more and more cases of this keep occuring now more than ever people these days must be insane. i feel that they should of charged her. i heard that they didnt want to put her in because they thought she felt bad enough that she killed her own kid well they should of just put her in the freakin slammer she deserved it. and that other story you were talking about the kitchen sink one they should of charged that women with a life sentance

That reminds me of when we first started foster parenting, and we were brought this little 7 month old baby and a little 2 year old [sisters]. There mother left them in a parked car with the windows UP and doors locked. She said [and I quote] "I couldn't handle them anymore, they made me way too stressed out. So I thought the least painful way to get rid of them was to lock them in the car."

She only got 15 years in prison. She should have been put in their for life. Or put on death row.

This woman's job is to care for children. yet, she can't remember her own?
