MousePad member Davidscot witnessed an accident at the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular on Saturday, March 15.
He said, "During the part where Indy hangs from a tow line, for some reason, the line snagged sending him into the air.
He landed on the pavement on his neck. He didn't move and many people rushed around him and immediately put up a
barrier so the audience couldn't see him."
Another MousePad member watched as the actor, Kyle McDuffie, was transported to a local hospital by helicopter.
According to the Orlando Sentinel McDuffie was treated for injuries to his head and shoulders. Theme Park Insider
reports that the actor is in critical condition, but that his injuries are not life-threatening. A Disney spokesperson said that
the "equipment was functioning properly," and that Disney is evaluating the cause of the accident.

My family and inlaws were watching the 4:15pm show and a male stunt person who was to slide down a rope going
from the top of a building, over the jeep that was parked and down to another building lost his grip and fell at least 20
feet if not more and landed on his stomach/right side area and right side of head. It was horrible because when he
landed he kind of bounced a little bit. He did not move at all and we thought he had died because he wasn't moving.
But then he was medi-vac'ed out and we spoke to a castmember later and she told us he was awake, trying to talk but
his face was obviously factured as well as his skull, he could move his fingers a little bit but he could not move
anything else. # of the 12 of us saw the entire tradgey unfold and I believe he did not have his wrist through the loop
when he started his decent, but just grapped the bottom of it and just lost his gripe. It was really sad. They cancelled
the rest of the shows for the day.

Actor injured during stunt
An actor at MGM-Studios' Indiana Jones
Epic Stunt Spectacular remained
hospitalized Tuesday after a fall during the
show on Saturday. The police report said
Kyle McDuffie fell from about 30 feet and
injured his head and shoulders on the
stage's concrete floor. Disney World
spokeswoman Marilyn Waters said the
injuries aren't life threatening. McDuffie had
been performing this particular stunt -- a
deliberate fall -- for about six months.
Waters said Disney World is reviewing the
circumstances of the accident. "It appears
that the equipment was functioning properly
and we're evaluating the situation."
