accessing photopass

just got back from a trip
Trying to access my photos on my computer......keep getting the eaten page picture.
2 days of that now.
Any suggestions.....I can get them on my phone, but I want to download them onto my computer and also share them with other family

Try again later. Their sites are notorious for being unreliable.

I would also try clearing out the cache of your browser; sometimes that helps. I was just able to get into the Photopass site at this link (https://disneyland.disney.go.com/photopass/gallery). Hope you're able to get in as well!

I used Chrome and got in.....missing one picture that DD added with a phone captured picture.
Hoping she saved the linking number.
Then I will see about downloading them. Hopefully that goes smoothly

If you call and can tell the PP service the place, approximate time, and what you were wearing (or, if you give them your account so they can see your other pix and get the idea), they can usually track down the picture(s) that are missing.

I accessed them via the Disneyland website from my phone and there was an option to download them all at once to my computer
Had I accessed them only via the DL app, I would have had to download them each individually

If you get the page eaten just wait until later

I got the page using a different browser.
Just missing one of the ride photos that we manually entered.
That one is on the Disneyland app on my phone, just not on the website for some reason.
I will see what happens when I download them.
Thanks for all the help.....going with DGD again in Oct. so will be getting photopass again
