Cruising with my brother who is in a wheelchair. Anyone have any experience with the accessible cabana at CC? Are these just booked by normal guests because they are all that's left or is Disney more strict with who they give these out to? We put in a request for it, but wanted to know if Concierge guests just take it right away anyways.

I believe it gets held out from online booking. If someone concierge needs an accessible cabana, they will get first dibs at it. But once your CC booking window opens I believe anyone (any CC level) can call to reserve it - if the party reserving it doesn't have an accessible stateroom booked they may require more info.
