Access to pool BWV?

Hi I just wondered what the current situation is regarding how to access the pool. A while back I read when they were renovating they were adding a fence & that the thought was u had to scan your magic band to enter? Did this happen? I read that the poly resort are now checking people r staying there? We go May 1st and am curious thanks

Are you staying at BWV or another resort?

The current pool hopping information on the member website does not exclude BWV from the resort pools a member can hop to.

Pool hopping is not available at Bay Cove Pool at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Uzima Pool and Samawati Springs Pool at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Stormalong Bay at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, the leisure pool at Disney's Beach Club Villas, the Lava Pool and leisure pool at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, the Silver Creek Springs Pool and Hidden Springs Pool at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and the pools at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Hi we r staying at BWV - it's not so much pool hoping info required- it's actually have they put up the fence so u have to scan your band

It has been reported that the fence is up at the BWV's Luna Pool and the pool is locked at night. I don't know the hours. You don't need a wristband to get in. I don't know about the quiet pools at BW.

During the day I did not need to use my wrist band to get into the quiet pool at BWV last month.
