We will be arriving at the Fort probably in the late morning on a Sunday depending on how our drive goes. Will we still be able to wander the Fort before our official check-in time? The kids would be happy for hours at the pool and I can't wait to see all of the cool stuff I have read about here. Should I be making other plans to entertain DD (3) and DD (7) until check-in? It will not be a park day and I have ressies for dinner at Cinderella's Happily Ever After.

If your site is vacant, cleaned, and ready they will let you check in early. If not they will direct you to the over flow parking lot and will call you when your site is ready. You should have no issues checking out the fort while waiting on your site.

Last year we just parked in overflow, changed into bathing suits and went to the pool until our site was ready. They called me when the site was ready, so I left the family at the pool, set the trailer up on the site, then returned to the pool to relax. No problems at all.

We have also arrived early twice once at 6 a.m. and yes they let us in. Of cource we didn't get the site we requested but it was nice. The second time it was nicer. (We asked if we could check out the site first) Disney always tries to accomadate! ):cool1:

Yesterday we just arrived earlier than expected and Disney was awesome! We got here at 1:30am and they got us all set up! We were willing to pay for the night but they had some technical glitches so they gave it to use for free. Awesome!!
