Haha yeah human nature is to look for patterns everywhere but in this case there's no substance there.

I thought the same at first, but realized it's probably a waste of time to look for patterns. They say 2-3 weeks, so all we know for sure is that we'll find out some time in between then, unless pended. That's the best way to look at it, let your mind rest!

I was pended two days after the phone interview. I wonder what prompts them to pend someone before the 2-3 week timeframe has even begun.

Within 2 - 3 weeks you will get an update on your phone interview. It will be one of three things:

• offer
• no longer in consideration (decline)
• pending (waitlist and you will eventually get an offer or be declined later)

2 -3 weeks is a general time frame, but some people will get an update earlier than that. There are probably people who have already been declined following their phone interview. It sounds like they may just starting to give out offers, but you will eventually see that some people get an offer before that 2 week mark hits.

If they have an update, they don't wait around to give it. Too many people interviewing to sit on that info. So if they have info to share before that 2-3 week mark, they are going to do it.

I just got accepted today for the Transportation role in WDW for Spring '14 Advantage! My last name starts with a C so you may be right about the Alphabetical Order. Keep note that I had my phone interview last Wednesday and just received the email today. Can't wait to meet everybody!

Yeah. I had my interview on the 15th. So it only took 5 days for me to find out.

Just to add my part to this, I had my interview on Tuesday, and got accepted today to Custodial for Spring Advantage, and my last name begins with an F.
