Oscar Oscar!

Has anyone been onboard during an Oscar telecast? Do they show it or do anything special?

We will be on the wonder on this night as well - go figure I always book trips during this week and haven't seen the total awards show in a long time!

I have seen on a navagator from previous years that they did have some sort of Oscar's party and I would assume they would also be watching the show in one of the nightclubs. I'll have another look at it and see for sure. This is on the first night we sail so it will be hard to either want to party and check out the ship or watch the show.

Just checked it out - Oscar party at the Barrel of Laughs starting at 7:45. This is from last year's Navigator on Oscar night.

Thanks for checking your past navigators. We'll be on the Magic and if it was shown on the Wonder, we should have it as well. Unfortunately, since we have 2nd seating, we'll miss the first 1/2 of it. I hear Chris Rock will be hosting this time. I love it when Billy Crystal hosts. His openers are a hoot.
