Is Western Way Rd accessible to the general public or is that a CM only roadway?

Western way is open, although Just past the 429. We have a place in west Kissimmee and WW is a great back way into Disney, keeping you off the 192. Not many people know this route, although it's becoming more popular in the past 3 years. WW had your complete Welcome to Disney Gates also. The expansion in that area collapsed when the market crashed around 2007, but it's growing once again.

Yes, as the PP noted Western Way is open to the public. Right now it pretty much just goes to 429, a toll road. Recently construction has started on some hotels just past the 429 ramps.

Warning, be careful not to speed on this stretch of road. Its wide and very lightly traveled so it feels like you should be driving faster. The road is regularly patrolled by the police.

Hartzog Road, the back entrance to Disney via Western Way has gone to a 40 mph done up from 30 last year. Still lots of speeding enforcement on both roads.
