I would love to get the skillet the next time I'm in the world, however I don't eat pork. Will they substitute the pork for extra chicken or something else?

Yes, they will substitute it for double of any other item on the skillet. Just let the server know when you order

The skillet is "all-you-care-to-eat," so you can always ask for more of what you like and ask them to leave out anything you don't want.

It's all you can eat so just tell them at the beginning that you don't eat pork and would like all chicken instead. This will not be a problem.
