? about room e-mail confirmation

We are staying in a king bedroom at CSR in October. I'd like a waterview if possible, but unfortunately you can't reserve a waterview with a king room. You can only request it. I also requested to stay in Casistas if possible. Should these requests be listed on my e-mail confimation? If they aren't, does that mean that they didn't get added to my reservation? Thanks for your help.

I am not sure but, I requested that I have an adjoining room with another party we are traveling with and that was not listed on my confirmation email. I called and spoke to someone and she told me that it was noted on reservation.

Unless I am wrong I don't think requests are listed on your confirmation. They are listed in the computers so it is noted on your reservation if that makes you feel better.

You don't have a king bed room unless it's under certain very specific circumstances. You've only requested the king bed room. You can only request a water view and if you request the king bed and made that your first priority and there are no king bed rooms with a water view, you are not going to get both of your requests. You could get a king room with no water view or you could get a two bed room with a water view. It's up to you to decide what is more important.

I have no idea if king bed rooms with a water view are available for your time frame or if they exist at Coronodo Springs (both exist but sure of the combination).

As of now, your requests (unless you have a specific circumstance) is king bed and water view (in that order). King bed rooms are not exactly overflowing at Disney World (topic for another thread).

No, I know I specifically have a king bed. It was the same price as a waterview, which I believe was like $20 more a night. It's also listed in my confirmation that our room is a king bed, so I know I'm ok on that. The waterview isn't crucial or anything; it just would be nice. If there was the option to pay more, I might have done that. However, I was only given the option to definitely have a waterview or a king bed, and I figured the king bed was more important for our 1st anniversary trip than the waterview. Anyway, thanks for all the replies. I guess I'm good to go and will just have to wait and see what I get.

I should have clarified that my post was for something you didn't have to pay extra for. Personally, I don't pay extra for it so it doesn't cross my mind that others do.

I learn something new on the site everyday. I didn't even realize I could get the king bed without paying extra for it. Oh well, at least I know without a doubt I have the king room. Thanks anyway.
