We want to rent out around 201 pts in the 2006 UY (Our UY is June so it would be 6/1/06-6/1/07). 101 pts are at BCV and 100 at VWL. I have a few questions because I want to make sure it gets done correctly. 1. Would it be better to rent them out separately or combined? 2. If combined, I'd have to book at the 7 month window..is that going to be a problem? We usually go in July and always book in January and never had a problem..is it a problem at other times? 3. What kind of contract would be a good one? 4. Wouldn't it be easier to transfer to another member?
Any other insight would be appreciated!!! We don't plan to make this an ongoing thing. We are going on a cruise next Sept. and are using the points to pay for some of the cruise. I am a very honest person and want to make sure I do it right and also want to make sure..we don't get Screwed in the process either as we really can't afford that either. Thank you!
