? about proposed pool at Saratoga Springs

My favorite feature about SAB is the large, entirely shallow kid's area. As Annk said, it is the only place that you can let a toddler run around and play in the sand and water and not have your hand on them at all times. It would be great if SS had something like it. But I don't think we'll see the sand bottom! Anybody know if that feature is particularly expensive to maintain?
