? About PINs and multiple room reservations

I could call and ask, but I thought I'd ask here first. We have room-only reservations to go to WDW this December, with DH's family. MIL is paying for all of them, so even though they are in various names, they were all booked with her credit card. SIL just got a PIN in the mail for free dining during the week we are there. I want to switch all four rooms to packages and get the free dining. Can I do that? Does she have to call, since she got the PIN mailed to her (totally not fair because she's been once and we go every year!!!)?

You can book up to three rooms at the same resort on one pin code, so you won't be able to do all four rooms. She has to call, because the pin is in her name.

There also have to be availability in the resort; depending on the pin and availability, you may have to change booking categories or resorts. You can have those reservations linked. You will still save a lot of money, but you may have to change categories or resorts for all four rooms.
