About My Profile page on DVC.com

Hi All...I have a very frustrating problem with my DVC homepage. For some reason, when they set up my account, there was a typo in my e-mail address under My Profile. I tried to correct it but I always get system problem error message when I do that. I also contacted DVC multiple times to try to get them to correct it without much luck. They keep saying they have to send in a request for the problem to be looked at. Can someone be kind enough to try to log on to your DVC site and do a test for me to see if you are able to update your e-mail address under your Profile ? This is frustrating and I'm afraid I am missing all DVC e-mails to me since the e-mail had a typo :( Thanks for your help !

I was unable to change mine. I tried switching it to a Yahoo address. Have Do you use the same password for the main Disney site? Have you tried changing it there?
 
I was also unable to change it. Seems like a glitch that member services are or need to be working on.

I have talked to at least 7 member services people and all of them said they would send a request for this to be looked at. I don't understand why is it taking them so long. Chuck, you mean the main walt disney site or is there another place in DVC that has our e-mail address listed ? I have the correct e-mail for my main disney vacation site but not DVC...This is frustrating...

I meant the main Disney site, as the go.com cookies seem to be liked between the Disney site and DVC. However, if your address is correct with the Disney site, but wrong in the DVC site, I guess the profiles themselves are not linked. I guess you need to wait for them to fix it :(

EDIT: This erratic board time glitch is really weird.

I had the exact same problem when they set up my account and I called the other day because I couldn't update it from the website and they fixed it over the phone. When I called I hit the button for admin not memberservices maybe that is the difference.
 
Thanks Tozzie, I'll try admin tommorow and see if they can fix it for me.
 
Maybe if member services deletes your profile you can re-register on DVC site
