? about making ADRs for Grand Gatherings

I have a grand gathering going in December. Does anyone know if I call the same number to make the ADRs as a smaller group would do or is there another number I have to call? I know I can't make them yet, but I want to have my ducks in a row when it's time. Thanks!

Well I can tell you what NOT to do Did you book through AAA or Disney? If its through AAA then you need to call them and they need to do the reservations for anything that is a Grand Gathering special (like the Epcot dinner, or anything offered only to Grand Gatherings.) Any reservations for any other dining you can call the Grand Gathering # at Disney or the Disney Dining #. I did the Disney Dining and then was told the Grand Gathering people could have done it and then was told I had to call AAA for the Illuminations Dinner I wanted to reserve.

to The DisBoards, Melissa! We had a surprise Grand Gathering back in August/September (which I happily did all of the planning for) I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have! To make ADRs for a GG, you call the same number as you would for a smaller party. One of the options will be "If your party consists of 8 or more, press..." You will be then connected to a GG CM. From my experience (and I called often!) they were extremely knowledgeable and wonderfully pleasant!

I know this thread is older but I have a question.
I am doing all the planning for our Magical Gathering of 9. I can make all ADR's for our group..right? ( I think it is, I am nervous being in charge of everyone's trip_ Thank you

I have one question. I am going to do this Grand gathering in May. We already have adr's for Teppan Edo one night. Now for an Illuminations cruise how much more would that be. It is included or is it an extra fee?
