? about LOS passes at Resort

We will be staying on site for 6 nights and I was told I would get a 7 day length of stay pass with our package. We will not be arriving until late on the day of arrival and will not be able to use all 7 days (only 6) Can I request that we get a six day pass or do you automatically get 7 day pass when you book six nights? Just don't want to pay for what we can't use! Thanks

You can request that they drop the 1st day when you arrive. No sense in paying for what you aren't using. They usually have no problem doing that, especially if you aren't getting there until late.

If you are purchasing your UPH's from the resort on your arrival you can get a day dropped. If you have prepurchased them as part of a package, you cannot.
