I was wondering if the regular Wishes fireworks show was the same as the HalloWishes show they do at MNSSHP? Or does the HalloWishes somehow have a Halloween theme? I heard there is this Tinkerbell moment at Wishes and I am wondering if this will not occur during HalloWishes.

I had only scheduled the HalloWishes show into my plans (since we are at MNSSHP) but the only other time we will see Wishes (regular) will be from CR observation deck during our dinner. Since I have read so often that "there is nothing like seeing Wishes from Main St. in MK", I am wondering if I should re-arrange my schedule to be at MK on another night in time to see the regular Wishes.

Advice please! :)

hallowishes is different and actually traditionally replaces wishes as the regular fireworks even on non-MNSSH nights starting in mid/late october.

tink does not fly during hallowishes. they had a witch that did years ago but not recently.

Thanks! :thumbsup2 We will be at MNSSHP on Oct. 31st, therefore I could catch the regular show during the following week. Do you think I should? Will I be able to see all aspects of the show (and Tinkerbell) from CR deck? My kids are 6 & 7 and I was wondering if it is something that "can't be missed" !

What about during MNSSHP in Sept - is it Hallowishes or regular Wishes?

Thanks!

If it doesn't mess up your schedule too much I'd recommend seeing Wishes from the Main Street area. It is truly a magical experince to be there and see Tink fly. My kids have always gotten a thrill out of that, even after seeing it multiple times.
(shhhh... don't tell anyone, but their old man gets a tear in his eye then too :goodvibes )

during MNSSH, it's hallowishes regardless. but at some point it will probably go from wishes on non-MNSSH nights to hallowishes as well. i'm not sure when it'd go back to wishes.

Sorry, but this is not true! Last year they went to showing regular Wishes on non-Halloween party nights, and only showing Hallowishes during the party. I'm not sure if that is what the plan is this year, but it is what happened last year.

I have seen times (especially during the MVMCP season) that they do a regular Wishes at park closing time as usual then the special Hallowishes which is only during the MNSSHP.

If you can catch both I would. Wishes is very cool and we love to see tink fly over us. But DD is a nightmare before Christmas loving girl and nothing compares to hallowishes in her eyes. They are very different and very cool!

That's only for MVMCP and not MNSSHP. It's still too light out at 6:00p.

In the past they have shown only Hallowishes every single night as of October 15. Who knows if they'll do it again this year but they have done it in the past.

Sorry, but that is not right! I was at the parks starting October 19 last year. And they showed Wishes on non-party nights. We saw it, and I have it on tape. I know the year before they only showed Hallowishes, but they changed that last year. So who knows what they will do this year.

Trust me!:)

hey, I didn't say last year, I said they've done that in the past. That's all I said, and I agree, who knows what they'll do this year. :)

Just wanted to thank you all for your responses :goodvibes !

This is exactly what I wanted to know (gotta love these boards!) and I will definitely re-arrange things to catch both shows from right there in MK.
