I know you pay rack rate for the room, but does that mean rack rate for that season ? What would the rate be for POP in late AUG????? TIA

Yes, you pay rack rate for the room for the month you want. Free DDP has been only offered during value season. The seasons actually change in 2007 and will be turning to value earlier than in 2006.
