We will be needing to rent an ECV for my Mom. Now she does not need one on a regular basis so she will be using it for the parks to avoid fatigue and she has had a hip replacement surgery, Anyhow..are the cabins big enough to fit the ECV to be plugged in and how hard will it be for DH and I to carry the ECV up the steps?
Mom does not need as accessible room but it may be easier in the long run..what do you think? TIA..Julie

Call and request a cabin with a ramp. The are assigned first come first seve. The sooner you call the more likely you are to get one. My parents and I stayed in a cabin in November. My mom and I both need an ECV. There was plenty of room. It was a wonderful trip.

I would also recommend she go to a mall and practice with one of the mall ECVs. The off site rental ones are easier to use, but it does take practice. Tell her to keep her speed low. The biggest mistake people make is going too fast when they are not used to driving an ECV. I hope you have a fantastic trip. :goodvibes

BTW...I just got off the phone with reservations and I secured a cabin with a ramp!!! THANKS FOR THE ADVICE ;) !!!!
