? about chase reward ticket

I have a chase debit card that has rewards. One of them is a ticket to SW. I have read on here that any ticket is able to be upgraded for a 2nd day free (except the $5 kids tickets). I called sea world just to make sure and the lady i spoke with said unless the ticket states it is good for a second day free it is only good for one day. I am so confused. Any one have any info on this
