I got a great ding rate to fly into MCO for our trip but cannot get one for the trip home. We have 8 going and the cheapest is $150- everything is unavailable.

So I booked us from Tampa-home with another great ding rate.

My question is- if something does come up from MCO will I be able to change it and if so how do I go about it?

TIA.

Hi Hockeymom!

You have to cancel your air reservation, by going to the southwest website and click on travel center, go down to cancel reservation, answer all the questions and click cancel reservation. Then at the same time have a screen open with your DING info ready to book. Once you have the confirmation number then you need to put it in your ticketless travel funds section for booking your tickets. It's pretty straight forward! I always have 2 screens open with the tickets for DING all the way to your name info, just to make sure I've got the tickets.

Yup, Cabmom is exactly right. I do this all the time.

It's really easy and I love having ticketless travel funds available. Makes it really easy to justify another trip.

Great - that's what I wanted to hear.

Thanks

What if I booked roundtrip and the ding is for the return flight? Do I have to cancel the entire reservation and rebook each way?
