Hi, I am going to be making peanut butter snowballs and it calls for melted white chocolate. Is it better to use white wafer chocolate or almond bark?

I have never made these and want them to be outstanding

Those 'melting wafer' products aren't real chocolate so that is why you never see the word 'chocolate' on the label. Read the list of ingredients and you won't see any chocolate listed. Use real products like the white chocolate chips or real white chocolate bar products for best results.

Thank you very much

Almond bark isn't chocolate either.

Creating proper dipping chocolate using chocolate involves tempering. If this is not something you have done often, you will probably get better results using a fake chocolate coating.

If you want easy, use the almond bark or just add some canning wax to your melted chocolate.

Technically, white "chocolate" isn't chocolate at all. It contains no chocolate liquor....only cocoa butter and emulsifiers.

^^ While that is true, those melting wafers are never made from the real thing.
