ABD Cruise Add on: Do we get "the box"?

How was the food on the ABD? Did you have choices with your meals? I have a very fussy 11 year old and a no red meat eating teenager.

How was the hotel?

The pre cruise ABD in Barcelona was fantastic.We got a pin every day. I do not like how DCL does not list on your reservation page. We had a small group of 13 but the next cruise was 40. We got in to Sagrada Familia, Park Guell and Montserrat early before the crowds. The restaurant at Montjuic was amazing and spectacular views. We loved the 7 day Med cruise and of course I booked a cruise for next year-Alaska!

So glad you had a good time! When did you go? Did you have Landon as one of your Guides?

We went to Barcelona on June the 5th. Our guides were Landon and Robyn, and they were great!! We stayed at The Gran Silken Havana and had no problems. It was about a 15 minute walk to Las Ramblas. Loved the buffet breakfast at the hotel, there was a good selection of food. Lunch at Can Trevi Nou was tapas style with lots of choices. Lots of wine included with the meals! The children's menu looked like american type food such as chicken nuggets and fries. There was very little red meat that I can remember, it was mostly chicken.

We are on the 12n cruise right now. Not doing the ABS add on but bumped into Armando who is one of the guides! He was our Peru guide and it was great to see him!!
