Thank You for choosing the VIP Experience, where you'll be treated like a star from the moment you arrive at Universal Studios!
This letter will confirm that a reservation has been made for a party of 2 on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2011 at 10:00 AM. (Your tour will include 16 to 18 people.) Please have your party check in at VIP Reception 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. VIP Reception is located to the right of the theme park entrance next to Will Call.
Your expert VIP Guide will lead you through the ultimate Hollywood experience with an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the biggest motion picture studio in Hollywood. You'll have access to areas of the studio lot the general public never sees - soundstages, back lot sets, our award-winning sound department and more! * Your tour of our studio will last approximately two to three hours.
Your VIP Experience also includes our world famous theme park where your guide will escort you to some of our most popular rides and attractions, taking you in via special entrances. He or she can also help to plan your day so that you can make the most of your time after the tour is over. Use your VIP Experience credential (provided upon check-in) for priority entry and seating at all of the rides and shows in the theme park for the entire day!
The entire experience will last approximately six hours so you'll be sure to work up an appetite. Your VIP Guide will escort you and your party to our exclusive VIP Dining Room for a gourmet lunch prepared by our stellar Studio Chefs. (Please let us know in advance if there are any special dietary requests - kosher, vegetarian, vegan, food allergies, etc.)

The order of activities for each tour varies. Tours do not necessarily visit the studio first.
General Information
Cancellation Policy: Please remember that requests to cancel or change your reservation, as well as requests to reduce the number of guests in your party, must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations are non-changeable and non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled tour. To honor our cancellation policy without causing any extra fees to be charged to your account, the charge for your tour is not processed until the day before your tour, unless you request otherwise.
Parking: Drive up and hand over your keys just like a celebrity! Valet Parking is complimentary with the VIP Experience. Please follow signs to one of our two Valet areas. (Frankenstein Valet is closest to the VIP check-in area, but Jurassic Valet is also available to you.) Valet parking opens at 9:00 AM. You will receive a valet ticket from the parking attendant. Please present this ticket to the staff at the VIP check-in area for validation. (Should you or your guests choose to self-park at either General Parking or Preferred Parking the fee is non-refundable.)

Check-in: We can't wait to see you! Please plan to check in 20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour departure time. All tours meet at VIP Reception, located to the right of the theme park entrance, next to Will Call. Upon arrival, guests are escorted to our VIP lounge to enjoy light refreshments before departing for the day. (Please be prepared to show a photo ID when you check in for your tour.)
Lunch: Partake in a gourmet, catered lunch prepared by our stellar Studio Chefs (served in the exclusive VIP Dining Room). Please let us know in advance if there are any special dietary requests. (Kosher, vegetarian, vegan, food allergies, etc.)
Age Restrictions: For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, children under the age of 5 are not permitted on the Mix-In tour. (The VIP tour is geared towards adults and is not recommended for children younger than 8 years old.) Children age 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Ride Restrictions: For safety reasons all guests must be 40" tall to ride The Simpsons Ride, 46" tall to ride The Jurassic Park River Adventure, and 48" tall to ride The Revenge of the Mummy.
Walking: We have so many wonderful things to show you! Please be prepared for a large amount of walking. Guests are urged to wear comfortable shoes.
Special Needs: So that we may ensure you have the best day possible, please make our staff aware of any special needs in the group at the time of your booking. For your convenience, manual wheelchairs can be provided at no charge.

Ours also did not go to Giffith Park to see Walt's Merry Go Round, so you would have to do that on your own too.
