Aaaargh.....system should be up....Can't make my ADR's

Of course I set my alarm today to make my ADR's....today's the day

System is down....supposed to be up now

SO sorry! I was up to get DS ready for school and popped on to see the new changes...and maybe add one more ADR for Hollywood & Vine...and saw that the site was still down!



Hope it comes up soon and you're not tied to the computer all morning! GL with your ADRs!

The information about the outage says it will be down through the morning of the 14th (today). I would not expect it to be up for another couple of hours at the earliest. It is still currently down (8:30am est).

Still down when I checked and it is almost 9am. The messages said they hoped it would be back up by 7am. Guess that didn't work out. And I was off today too so I was hoping to adjust a couple of mine. My son has an appointment at 9:30 and then we'll be out for the day.

You need to call.. I called at 8:00 am ET and had no problems getting my reservation..7 minute wait on the phone..

I just got off of the phone and she said that the system should be working for me to make changes over the phone, but then after 20 minutes of trying to modify our ADR time she gave up and told me that her system crashed and she had to reboot. She suggested that I call back later because of the work they are doing on the system. I am in panic mode too...just found out that an infant needs to be on the ADR even if he doesn't eat food. I guess I just wasn't thinking....

I just called about 20 minutes ago and paid the balance of my trip. Try the ADRs on your computer, trust me if I could do it anyone can
