Aaaah! Time to check in for SW but server is DOWN!

HOW FRUSTRATING! It is now more than 20 minutes past the T-24 mark for tomorrow's flight. BUT we can't check in!! I have 6 different computers across 2 states and various cities trying to check us in (thanks friends!) Each one is getting a server error message. AARGH! On hold on the phone to SW now.....

OMG, how awful is that? I can't even imagine the frustration. I often fear that would happen at the 24 hour mark, but then I wake up!

Its back up! Got a "B", not too happy about that, but what can you do....

Well, if the entire SWA system was down then no one was checking in online so everyone is in the same boat. I would have been very frustrated anyway.
