AAA vs APH discounts for restaurants?

What is the difference? Trying to decide if I should upgrade one of my 7 day pass for the discounts. Currently, APH rate for our 3 night stay is $15/night lower than AAA discount.

I think the AP discounts range from 10 to 15% whereas the AAA rate is a flat 10%...I think.
