What is the AAA discount for Mods and Deluxe for the month of January? Does anyone know if there is still wide availability?

I'm pretty sure that deluxe rooms are 15%. Let me check on this for sure though. BRB


OK. I'm back. On Mousesavers, they quote that AAA gives up to 15% off the deluxe resorts during the value season.

I'm pretty sure that it's only on the rooms.

I just booked a value resort for the last week of January and had no trouble. She said there was plenty of space left. She did tell me they had moderates left as well. I was too cheap, I paid $65 for a value hotel. I think she told me it was $99 for a moderate- don't quote me though.

Thanks - I may just go ahead and book just to have something. I don't even know if we'll go, but my family sure needs a vacation and this is the first year in a long while that our schoool calendar has the kids out the first week of January - they usually have to go back right after NY Day.

We do not have AAA membership. We currently have Music suite reservations for March 30-April4. I have received two different pin numbers and neither could be applied to the suites. Would it be worth getting a membership to AAA?

Remember that AAA also has a limited number of rooms that receive a discount as well. They may not have the suites available. I would hate to see you purchase the membership only to be disappointed that the room you want isn't available with the discount. The year I got my discount I had wanted to stay at the Contemporary, but rooms weren't available with the AAA discount. They were available at the WL though and we went there instead and LOVED it!! Maybe you could call Disney reservations first and find out if AAA has any suites available at ASM?
