AAA price is more!!!

I called WDW to get a quote on a package for AoA with free dinning, then I contacted my local AAA and they quoted me more money... How is this possible???

Call Disney and ask for a price quote with the AAA discount. I saved over $165!
I don't know why the AAA quoted price is more.

I have the AAA discount thru Disney right now on just a room. For packages you may still need to go thru AAA themselves.

I have 2 standard rooms at POP (8-11 through 8-22) for 11 nights booked with a AAA discount for $2140. I have a Disney pin code that's only good through 8-14 and with that code the rate is $2335. So AAA is saving me $195.00. I am still hoping for a code to come out that would cover 14th -22nd. But for now we are booked with a AAA discount through Disney.

That's unfortunate because AAA should help you! I have booked our summer vacation through AAA and got a 10 - 20 % discount (10% for the mod and 20% for the deluxe - split stay). When the summer savings discount came out, AAA changed it for the mod, but it turns out the deluxe only had a 5% discount for this 'discount'!! I even verified that online. But AAA ended up being the better rate for the deluxe.

But AAA should never be MORE than the Disney rate or discount (since AAA can book the Disney discount).

Yup, you can't double dip on discounts. DO the math and see which is the better value.

well AAA has to pay for it's buildings and staff somehow....LOL. definitley call Disney directly and tell them you are a AAA member, savings should be about 10%. But you have to choose 1.

AAA discounts vary depending on the resort and the time of year. I've had as low as 10% and as high as 20% over the years.
