AAA package tickets question

I don't exactly know how to ask this so I will do my best.I booked a trip(includes 6 day tickets and dining) with an AAA agent for Oct.3-9.We decided to drive down on Monday afternoon instead so I booked a room only reservation for the 2nd.My question is do we receive the tickets in the mail before we go or do we activate them when we check into the hotel with our package.I would like to be able to go to a park if we get there early enough on the 2nd.

Your park tickets will be valid for the dates of your AAA planned trip oct 3-9. if you want to go to the parks on the 2nd you will have to pay admission as your package benefits won't start until the next day. you can go to downtown disney without paying extra, unless you want to do disney quest. you will also be responsible for your own meals on the 2nd.

Your package information will arrive at the agent's office about 3 weeks before you leave. You'll have all your vouchers for you package then. Like KYCruise stated, it's only good for your package dates.

I hope you booked your room only with your agent as well...first you can get a AAA discount on the room portion, and second they can link the reservation so they know you're doing a package after your hotel only. I'd do this because you might have to change rooms if they arn't linked. When you check in at the resort, remind them that you start a package tomorrow, and would like a room that you don't have to move out of.

I actually just e-mailed my agent about this...how do you redeem the voucher for the base ticket?

When you check in for your package on the 3rd, everything will be on your room key (AKA the Key to the World). Your room access, any charging you want to the room key, and your ticket will be on it.
