Here's a link to the included resturants per Disney:

In Epcot, among the missing is any French, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican or Moroccan table service.
Le Celier and Coral Reef each count as TWO sit down meals, as does Brown Derby in MGM.
Jiko, The Flying Fish Cafe, Artist Point, The Yachtsman, and California Grill in the resorts each count as two sit down meals.
If your kids are of the appropriate age, they MUST order off the children's menu if available, and I doubt swordfish is on it. (My 7 year old would be upset if we ordered seafood he could not have it).
I'm not saying it's a bad deal, as it can be a good deal depending on what you like and where you eat.
We decided it was too limiting for us. It's not the deal that it used to be. Disney does not really make very clear what is allowed, what is not, and what costs extra (counts as two meals for one meal).
Hope the link helps you figure it out. We went back and forth on it for a while before we made our decision not to do it.
