Hey guys & gals!

I have a question. I have a package booked thru AAA for my daughter and myself and i just changed the dates and added my best friend and her 2 kids to our package for free dining with 2 rooms :woohoo:

Ok on with my question already. If we do not fly in together and lets just say my daughter and I get there first. Can I check us all in? Can they check in without me? Would i not be able to check in till we all were there?

Looking at flights and I dont know that we will agree on flying out of the same place and times.

Thanks!!! :thumbsup2

Is your name on both rooms?

Also, if your package comes with park tickets, be sure to check with your AAA agent before you leave. We booked a AAA package at DL, and no one told us we needed to pick up the packet before we left..lol. The agent called us 1 week before we were leaving on the disney panama cruise and said your packet is here. We very easily could have been on the road and in CA before we found out are park tickets were still in Florida.

I assume both rooms are under my name since the reservation is all under me. Can i ask the TA at AAA to put 1 room under her and 1 under me and still be on the same reservation?

I know she said that as soon as my final payment is made they mail me all my tickets and info.

I was at Disney in February for a family trip and we all arrived separatley. I believe you can check into a room if you are in that room(regardless of who made reservation)but everyone will still have to go through the checkin process-does this make sense?-I don't think you can get someones key card and check them into a room without them being there. I can't say for sure but this was the way when we went(but of course it can change with the CM) Good Luck-have a great time!! :thumbsup2

OMG I never thought about that -- thanks for the tip! Not real confident with our TA I will definately have to contact him if I don't hear anything before we go. thanx again -- these boards are soooooo helpful. DH and DS keep making fun of me for planning everything but I found so many helpful tips --
