AAA Lounge

We booked our package through AAA and have a diamond pass for parking.

I've never been in the lounge, has anyone? What is in there?

I read on another thread there is special parade viewing and fireworks viewings for those that booked thier package through AAA. Do they still do that? Is it worth it?

I've never booked a trip through AAA so I can't answer your questions but I'll bump this back to the top of the list for you.

I booked my package through AAA and was able to get vouchers and "ressies" for the Parade at AK, Illuminations at Epcot and Wishes at MK. You need to call WDW-PLAY and tell them that you would like to make arrangements for ..... on ..... Make sure you ask for a confirmation number. When you get your final package from AAA you should get the vouchers with it. You will need to present the vouchers at the time you want to use them.

BTW -- you can only the MK vouchers on days that a "regular viewing" of Wishes is presented. It can not be used on special event nights (i.e. MVMCP)

I was under the impression that you only get the "Special Viewing Vouchers" with a Dream Maker Package with at least a Silver Plan add on. I booked just the regular Dream Maker Package through AAA recently for next fall, but was told that I would NOT be getting these vouchers because I didn't "add on" to my package. Anyone else have any insight into this?

You only get the special viewings w/ at least a Silver Plan.

The AAA VIP Loungeis something different and is located right next to Space Mountain. Although I have never been there before I have been told it is quite nice. In your package you should have received a coupon for 1 visit to the AAA Lounge. Once inside you can relax (its air conditioned), watch TV, and enjoy a complimentary beverage.
