AAA discount

Do disney resorts accept AAA discounts? How much would ususally be saved?
We would love yo use it for Animal Kingdom Lodge.

if you want a room only, you can call disney direct and see if they have any more discounts available. if you want a package, I think you have to go thru your AAA office.

can't remember exactly what it was, but we got a nice discount on our YC room this past october (although we ended up dumping it for an ap rate when they came out).

The AAA room only discount is usually between 10-15%.

go online to your regional AAA office & select Travel/Hotels, etc.; it'll give you availability & rates for room only.

We've found that the discount thus far this year for our travel dates has only been slightly less than the AP rates.

If you book the pkg thru AAA TA you do get the room discount & whatever "gimmees" they're currently offering when you book (parking pass, etc.)

Ive booked the last 3-4 times with AAA (packages). Last time it was a $200+ savings with WDW. I had booked initially with Disney and called AAA and they were cheaper.

It was funny since both charges came up Disney Travel on credit card. Disney Ressies thought it was ridiculous as well that they couldnt accept my AAA discount and they made me go through AAA

No big deal but worth it
