Contact your CAA/AAA agent and ask them to call Disney and get a code. Photopass won't send out directly to clients who have booked with a TA, but the TA can ask for the code via email and then pass it on to you.
I've done this for all of my clients. If your agents balk at you, be persistant, and let me know & I will see if I can locate my email that says who you should call/write for the code for your clients!
